Storm Being over

Until September this year, FMC was in the advancing impetus of recovering production capacity as well as production and business efficiency. Suddenly, unexpected problem that Japanese Government detected residue of banned chemical in shrimps of CP VN Company led all projects to be confused.  In October, a consignment of FMC fell into same situation with several fellow traders. Shipments to Japan were delayed because FMC’s Board of leaders should have time to regulate and keep close control of raw material.

During last month, FMC’s Board of leaders promptly worked with Japanese customers and was successful in convincing these customers about FMC’s ability to control products. Since the end of November, FMC has restored all business relations with customers from Japan.
To give more information, during last time when Japan market was in difficult situation, FMC’s Board of leaders actively changed direction to other markets like US, Korea, etc…As a result, FMC could maintain rate of consume. This November, FMC processed 700 MT of shrimp products and export turnover achieved approximately USD 8 million, overfulfill planned target of USD 6 million.
Along with increase in consuming quantity, FMC’s targets of turnover and profit will be over-fulfilled in the end of December, and it is sure that dividend of 2010 equal to 20% nominal value is within reach.
